Volkswagen Group of America – Incorrectly Bolted Driver’s Seat Frame

Volkswagen Group of America (Audi) is recalling one 2020 Audi Q3 vehicle. The driver’s seat frame may have incorrectly been bolted to the seat rail.

Consequence Summary The incorrect bolt connection could fail, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Corrective Action Audi will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the bolt connection and, as necessary, replace the seat structure, free of charge. The recall began November 10, 2020. Owners may contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834. Audi's number for this recall is 72L4.
