Putco Inc (Putco) is recalling certain Nitro-Lux LED Headlamp Bulb part numbers 700004 thru 709012. The headlamp bulbs may cause excessive glare or brightness to oncoming drivers. As such, these bulbs fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
