Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) – Hood May Open While Driving

Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Urus Performante and Urus S vehicles. The hood latch striker may separate and fail, resulting in an unlatched hood that can open or detach while driving.

Consequence Summary A hood that opens while driving can detach and become a road hazard, or obstruct the driver's vieweasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will inspect and repair the hood, and install a striker support plate if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 28, 2024. Owners may contact Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Lamborghini's number for this recall is L636-R.02.24.
