Key Safety Systems dba Joyson Safety Systems (Joyson) is recalling certain rear seat belt retractors equipped with a dual mode belt locking mechanism. Due to a manufacturing issue, the seat belt webbing locking mechanism may not properly restrain the occupant as intended.
