Jaguar Land Rover North America – Seat Belt Pretensioners May Not Restrain Properly

Jaguar Land Rover North America (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2022 Jaguar F-Type, F-Pace, and XF vehicles. The driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners may be damaged, which can cause the seat belts to not properly restrain occupants.

Consequence Summary Improperly restrained occupants have an increased risk of injury during a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will inspect and replace the front seat belt assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 15, 2022. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H412.
