Jaguar Land Rover North America – Coolant Heater May Fail to Defrost Windshield

Jaguar Land Rover North America (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021-2022 I-Pace vehicles. The high voltage coolant heater may fail to defrost the windshield.

Consequence Summary A high voltage coolant heater that fails to defrost the windshield can reduce the driver's view, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will replace the high voltage coolant heater, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 22, 2023. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H448.
