Honda – Loss of Drive Power from Damaged Cables

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024 Acura ZDX vehicles. The front passenger stabilizer bar bracket bolts may become loose and detach from the frame, which can damage the high voltage cables or EV battery coolant lines.

Consequence Summary Damaged high voltage cables or EV battery coolant lines can cause a loss of drive powereasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will inspect and tighten the bolts, and repair the stabilizer bar and bracket, high voltage cables, and EV battery coolant lines as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 24, 2025. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's number for this recall is KKY.
