Corrective Action | Dealers will replace the affected battery cell module, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters informing owners of the safety risk were mailed on November 30, 2022. Owners were contacted by phone and by First Class mail on October 28, 2022. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417. |
