Villa International is recalling certain seat pedestals, with part number 400029. The pedestal mounting plate may be improperly welded, which can cause the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems,” and number 210, “Seat belt assembly anchorages.”
