Van Hool N.V. (Van Hool) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 TX40 motorcoaches manufactured January 2014 through June 2014, and TX45 motorcoaches manufactured September 2013 through June 2014. The driver seat belt assembly may not be properly secured to the B-pillar anchorage and as a result the driver may not be properly restrained in the event of a crash. As such, the vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.”
