Consequence Summary IF SEAL LEAKAGE OCCURS, THE BOOM MAY DRIFT. A DRIFTING PLATFORM CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
Corrective Action TEREX WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE HOLDING VALVES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON AUGUST 31, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TEREX AT 605-882-4000.
