Temsa Global is recalling certain model year 2007-2010 TS35 buses for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 217, “Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release.” The buses may have one too few emergency exits on each side of the bus for the number of seats that the bus is equipped with.
