| Corrective Action | SAF-Holland will notify owners, and dealers will replace the defective pivot bolts with new pivot bolts, free of charge. The recall began in July 2014. Owners may contact SAF-Holland customer service at 1-888-396-6501. SAF-Holland's recall number for this campaign is P022. |
