SAF-Holland – Lower Control Arm May Fail

SAF-Holland is recalling certain ADZ-123-9 Truck Suspensions, part number 33100396. The rear suspension lower control arm may fail.

Consequence Summary Failure of a lower control arm can result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will replace the LCA, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters, informing owners of the safety risk, were mailed June 15, 2023. A second notice will be mailed once the remedy is finalized. Owners may contact SAF-Holland customer service at 1-231-777-4302 or 1-231-777-4369.
