Prevost Car (US) (Prevost) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Prevost X3-45 Commuter motorcoaches. The driver’s seat is equipped with a Type 1 seat belt instead of the correct Type 2 seat belt. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, “Occupant Crash Protection.”
