Navistar (Navistar) is recalling certain 2022-2023 IC CE, IC RE and 2023 IC 1300FBC transit buses. The steering wheel retaining nut may have been tightened incorrectly, which can allow the steering wheel to loosen and detach from the steering column shaft.
