Navistar (Navistar) is recalling certain model year 2017 International ProStar, LoneStar, PayStar, HX, and 9900 trucks equipped with a Cummins ISX15L engine using certain engine control modules (ECM). These ECM’s may experience an internal electrical short that can cause a fuse to blow, resulting in an unexpected engine stall without the ability to restart the engine.
