Mercedes-Benz USA – Wheel Rim Inserts May Detach

Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023 EQE 350 4MATIC and EQE 350+ vehicles. The rim inserts may detach from the wheels while driving.

Consequence Summary Wheel rim insert detachment can create a hazard for other road userseasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will inspect and replace the rim inserts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 5, 2025. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
