Lion Electric Company (Lion) is recalling certain 2016 Lion Lion C electric school buses. In the event of a crash, the ceiling joints may separate due to being assembled incorrectly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 221, “School Bus Body Joint Strength.”
