Ineos Automotive Americas – Door May Fail to Latch and Open Unexpectedly

Ineos Automotive Americas (Ineos) is recalling certain 2024 Grenadier vehicles. The door button mechanism may have been assembled without a sufficient application of grease, preventing the door from fully latching.

Consequence Summary An unlatched door can open unexpectedly while the vehicle is in motioneasing the risk of injury.
Corrective Action Ineos will replace the door button assemblies, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 31, 2025 through May 4, 2025. Owners may contact Ineos customer service at 1-833-494-4748.
