Gillig (Gillig) is recalling certain 2024 Low Floor buses. A defective welded joint may cause the wiper arm to suddenly fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 104, “Windshield Wiping and Washing Systems.”

Corrective Action | Gillig will replace the wiper motor arm, free of charge. Owners may contact Gillig customer service at 1-800-735-1500. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 25, 2024. |
