Ford Motor Company – Incorrect Fuse May Cause a Loss of Drive Power

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 F-150 full hybrid electric (FHEV) vehicles. The high voltage battery junction box may contain an incorrect fuse, which can fail and result in a sudden loss of drive power.

Consequence Summary A sudden loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will replace the incorrect 60-amp fuse with a 150-amp fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 14, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S29.
