Corrective Action | Dealers will replace the front-row passenger and driver head restraints, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters to notify owners of the safety risk were mailed May 11, 2022. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2022. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 22S23. |
