Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford F-650 SD trucks manufactured May 12, 2014, to July 22, 2014 and Ford F-750 SD trucks manufactured May 12, 2014, to August 4, 2014. The Cummins ISB or ISL engines in these vehicles may have been equipped with Fleetguard UFF-XT fuel filters, part number FF63009, whose filter shell may separate from the fuel filter nut plate causing the engine to stall without warning.

Corrective Action | Cummins will notify the owners of the affected Ford vehicles, and Cummins service centers will replace the fuel filter with a non-defective one, free of charge. The recall began in September 2014. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 14V01.
