Entrans International (Entrans) is recalling certain 2023 Polar Tank SCX9 trailers. The trailers may have been produced without a rear impact guard certification plate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 223, “Rear Impact Guards” and 224, “Rear Impact Protection.”
