Dorman Products (Dorman) is recalling certain aftermarket power window switches, Dorman-brand part numbers 901-601 and 901-370, and Solutions-brand part numbers 730-7444-1 and 730-7630-1. When the switch has been activated to raise the window, if something, such as a finger, is between the window glass and the window frame, the switch will not auto-reverse to prevent an injury. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 118, “Power-Operated Window Systems.”
