Cottrell (Cottrell) is recalling certain 2018-2021 1-Car Carrier trailers. These trailers were manufactured without side and rear reflex reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
