Chrysler (FCA US) – Improperly Tightened Windshield Wiper Arms

Chrysler (FCA US) is recalling certain 2022 Voyager and Pacifica vehicles. The windshield wiper arm nuts may be improperly tightened, which can cause the wipers to not function properly.

Consequence Summary Improperly functioning wipers can reduce the driver's visibility in certain weather conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action Dealers will tighten the wiper arm nuts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 30, 2022. Owners may contact FCA US customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US's number for this recall is Z80.
