ARBOC specialty vehicles (ARBOC) is recalling certain model year 2012 Spirit of Mobility buses, models 21-G, 23-G, 23-D, 26-G, 26S-DC, 26-D, 28-G and 28-GC, manufactured from May 14, 2012, through September 26, 2012. The passenger seat base rear bolts may be missing their reinforcement plates.
