ARBOC Specialty Vehicles (ARBOC) is recalling certain model year 2016 Spirit of Liberty vehicles manufactured November 7, 2014, to July 29, 2016. In the affected vehicles, the rear engine-run lockout safety switch may have been improperly wired, and as a result, it may be possible to start the engine while the vehicle is being worked on by a mechanic.
