Altec Industries (Altec) is recalling certain 1997-2017 LRV, and LR7 Aerial devices. The platform leveling yoke may fail, possibly causing an occupant to fall from the platform.

Consequence Summary | Failure of the platform leveling yoke can cause the occupant of the platform to fall out, increasing their risk of injury. |
Corrective Action | Altec will notify owners, and will inspect the leveling system to verify the correct alignment, replacing any improperly aligned yokes, free of charge.
