Altec Industries (Altec) is recalling certain model year 2011-2014 DC1317 wood chippers manufactured September 1, 2011, to July 14, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the fasteners that attach the chipper cutting disc bearing to the unit may fail and the chipper disc may detach.
