VILLA 2-POINT DRIVE/PASSENGER SEAT FRAME WITH ELECTRIC RECLINE BUILT JANUARY 22 THROUGH MARCH 24, 2004. THE SCREW DRIVE WAS NOT HEAT TREATED PROPERLY AND CAN BREAK CAUSING THE SEAT TO FALL BACKWARD.
