VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: AMBULANCES EQUIPPED WITH TECHNICIAN’S SEATS IN THE PATIENT COMPARTMENT MOUNTED ON WOODEN BASES. THE WOODEN SEAT BASES AND THE ASSOCIATED SEAT BELTS ARE NOT PROPERLY ANCHORED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NOS. 207, “SEATING SYSTEMS,” AND 210, “SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY ANCHORAGES.”
