THE BRAKE SYSTEM CHECK VALVE WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, CAUSING A DELAY IN BRAKE APPLICATION. THUS, THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121,?AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS.?
