Temsa – BUS EMERGENCY EXIT INSTRUCTION LABEL/FMVSS 217

TEMSA GLOBAL (TEMSA) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2007-2012 TS35 BUSES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 217, ?BUS EMERGENCY EXITS AND WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE.? SOME OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT MECHANISM INSTRUCTION LABELS MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FARTHER THAN 16 CM FROM THE RELEASE MECHANISM.
