THIS DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 104, “WINDHSIELD WIPING AND WASHING SYSTEMS;” AND NO. 108, “LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.”
