EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: 1996-1999 SIT’N’STROLL REAR-FACING AND FORWARD-FACING CONVERTIBLE CAR SEATS, MODEL 3240, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1, 1996, AND JUNE 30, 1999. THESE SEATS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, “CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS.” THE SIT’N’STROLL WAS RECOMMENDED FOR USAGE IN THE REAR-FACING SEATING CONFIGURATION BY CHILDREN NOT WEIGHING MORE THAN 25 POUNDS.
