THESE MOTOR HOMES FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, ‘LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.’ THE TIRE CARRIER IMPEDES THE TAIL LIGHT VISIBILITY.
