THE PIVOT SHAFT BOLTS CAN BREAK NEAR THE BASE OF THE PIVOT SHAFTS ALLOWING THE SWING-OUT TIRE ASSEMBLY TO COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE.
