NOVA BUS IS RECALLING MODEL YEAR 2009 LFS BUSES EQUIPPED WITH Q’STRAINT MAX MOBILITY DEVICE REMOTE RELEASE BELTS USED ON AMERICAN INSIGHT TRANSVERSE FLIP UP SEATS WITH BUILD DATES BETWEEN OCTOBER 2008 AND OCTOBER 2009. THESE DEVICES ARE USED TO RESTRAIN PASSENGERS USING MOBILITY AID PRODUCTS. THE MOBILITY DEVICE RESTRAINT BELTS MAY NOT LOCK AS DESIGNED, AND MAY FAIL TO PROPERLY RESTRAIN THE PASSENGER AND THE MOBILITY DEVICE.
