CERTAIN TRANSIT BUSES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, “AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS.” THE SERVICE BRAKE RELEASE TIMING AND PARK BRAKE APPLY TIMING ARE OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD.
