Navistar is recalling certain model year 2006 through 2009, and 2012 IC CE school buses and certain model year 2006 through 2009, and 2011 through 2013 IC RE school buses manufactured from October 6, 2005, through April 18, 2012, and equipped with C. E. White brand flip seats.
