NORTH AMERICAN BUS INDUSTRIES (NABI) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 416 STANDARD MODEL FLOOR CITY TRANSIT BUSES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN OCTOBER 30, 2008, AND DECEMBER 18, 2009. THE MOUNTING PLATE THAT HOLDS THE STEERING GEAR ASSEMBLY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY WELDED.
