ALL OF THE AFFECTED TIRES HAVE DOT TIRE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS THAT BEGIN WITH DOT FHPNEFMX AND END WITH THE LAST TWO DIGITS OF 00, 01, 02, 03 OR 05. THE SUBJECT TIRES MAY DEVELOP A BLISTER IN THE SIDEWALL.
