THESE TIRES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES. THESE TIRES FAILED THE STRENGTH TEST PORTION OF THE STANDARD AND FAIL FOLLOWING IMPACT WITH ROAD HAZARDS.
