Meritor (Meritor) is recalling certain front drive steer axles, models MX23810 and MX24810, with part numbers MX23810DANC12-538, and MX24810DANC3-614. The front-drive steer axle fasteners may not have been tightened sufficiently and could come loose, resulting in a complete separation of the axle assembly joints.
