Lightning eMotors (LeM) is recalling certain 2022 FT3 and FE4 vehicles. The digital instrument panel may fail to illuminate the “BRAKE” and “ABS” warning lights when a low brake fluid error or an ABS system error is detected. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards number 101, “Control and Displays” and 105, “Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems.”
