CERTAIN CLASSIC CRUISER, MIDNIGHT FLAME, AND VARIANTS OF THIS HELMET STYLE, THE PHANTOM FLAME AND THE TITANIUM FLAME, HELMETS MAY NOT COMPLY WITH SOME OF THE IMPACT ATTENUATION AND PENETRATION PERFORMANCE TEST REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, “MOTORCYCLE HELMETS.” THESE HELMETS WERE MANUFACTURED FROM JULY 1, 2001, THROUGH MAY 31, 2002.
