VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAILER CONVERTER DOLLIES. AN AIR LINE WAS CONNECTED TO AN INCORRECT PORT IN THE AIR VALVE CAUSING THE PARKING BRAKE TO BE INOPERATIVE.
